Texys, a manufacturer of electronic sensors for the motorsport, aerospace and sports industries, has introduced the thermal camera system MIB-PTP-E via its sensor brand Texense. The device has been designed for applications including industrial and military vehicles, aircraft and motorsport.
Designed to withstand harsh conditions while offering qualitative data, the micro-bolometer-based thermal camera system can provide a data output that reaches 100Hz at whole frame through Ethernet PTP v2, Texys states. It also possesses 8GB of integrated memory, with which users can log up to two hours of data. The MIB-PTP-E has 1%FS accuracy at 200°C and an 80 x 60px camera resolution.
The device’s interface enables users to parameter triggers on request, making it’s a programmable device. It can also be controlled via the web interface, accessed with the device’s IP, and has automatic synchronization capability.
