Old Hall Performance (OHP), an importer and reseller of high-quality aftermarket products in the UK and EU performance marketplace, has acquired the assets of Trident Racing Supplies Limited.
Planning to continue business under the Trident name at Trident’s Silverstone base, Jim Morris, MD of OHP, said, “This sale provides a great opportunity to continue OHP’s expansion into the motorsport trade and provides customers – old and new – with the convenience of an iconic Silverstone location. With the addition of OHP’s range of exclusive lubricants, fuels and impact safety selections, the Trident legacy will continue.”
Trident Racing Supplies has provided the motorsport community with specialty parts, consumables and fasteners for over 30 years. Company owner Nick Appleton said he was keen to retain the heritage that he and director Bill Bray had created: “You can call us old-fashioned but Bill and I were keen to see this business go to a good home, so to speak. So, when Jim and Cameron [OHP director] approached us, we felt that we were dealing with like-minded business people who would continue the legacy we’ve created.”
