The IndyCar series is currently going from strength to strength and with this growth comes a demand for skilled personnel within teams. Recognizing this demand, the series’s sanctioning body has established a dedicated website that seeks to connect those looking for roles with those recruiting.
“As the IndyCar paddock continues to rapidly expand, we have learned that the timeliness of talent acquisition has become a major focus and hurdle,” said IndyCar president Jay Frye. “In an effort to assist our teams, we created a one-stop job portal where job seekers and teams can come together. Judging by the reaction since the launch of the database, it is off to a great start.”
The website allows potential candidates to post their resumes with teams able to quickly search for the skills they need. According to IndyCar, the site has been well received and has already attracted a wide array of submissions.
