Lamborghini Motorsport has confirmed that the 2020 Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America World Final will be held at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli in Italy.
The race format remains unchanged for next year, with each event consisting of two 50-minutes races per weekend with a rolling start, mandatory pit stops, and crews divided into four categories (Pro, Pro-Am, Am and Lamborghini Cup). For the first time a single driver will be allowed in the Pro category.
The Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America series, which reaches its eighth campaign in 2020, will start at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama, followed by Watkins Glen International in Western New York.
In 2020 Super Trofeo North America will also make its first visit to Canada. The series will then return to Virginia International Raceway. The final races of the season in North America will take place at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.
