Milltek has committed to remain as the title sponsor of the Civic Cup for the sixth successive season. The championship will now be known as the Milltek Civic Cup.
Following a battle to decide the winner in 2024, which went down to the final race at Silverstone, the Milltek Civic Cup is regarded as one of the toughest one-make club series in the UK.
The grid is entirely made up of EP3 and FN2 generation Honda Civic Type R hot hatches that use a dedicated Milltek Sport exhaust system. “We’re delighted to extend our support for the Milltek Civic Cup,” said Kev Hall, technical operations manager at Milltek Sport. “This is some of the most exciting racing there is, and we wish everyone the best of luck for the season ahead.”
The 2025 season will be spread across seven events, and the Milltek Civic Cup remains an official feeder series to the TCR UK Touring Car Championship. New for the 2025 season is that three of the rounds will be held alongside the British Truck Racing series.
Championship promotor Stewart Lines added, “It’s great to have Milltek back for 2025 as the title sponsor for the Civic Cup. Their loyalty to our brand has been instrumental in helping the championship grow over the last six years. This has also made the Civic Cup stand out as the biggest and best one-make club championship in the UK.”
The first round of the Milltek Civic Cup will be held at Donington Park on March 22-23.
