In the upcoming 2024 Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS) and the ADAC Ravenol 24h Nürburgring, Falken Motorsports is set to return with a pair of Porsche 911 GT3 R (992).
Following a successful 2023 campaign, where Falken’s teal and blue liveried Porsches secured third place in the NLS Speed Trophy with several top five finishes, including victories in NLS5 and NLS6, this marks Falken Motorsports’ second consecutive year running the 911 GT3 R (992).
Aligned with Falken’s ethos of ‘from racetrack to road,’ its partnership with the Nürburgring and participation in the NLS facilitate crucial technology transfer opportunities and has seen the development of the Azenis RS820, Falken’s new UUHP tire.
Falken Motorsports will kick off its season with the Nordschleife Test March 22-23, followed by the NLS1 and NLS2 double header on April 5-6. Shortly after, Falken will participate in the ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers, comprising NLS3 and NLS4, scheduled for April 13-14.
“With a year of experience running the 911 GT3 R (992), we’re looking forward to getting back out on track as a Porsche customer team,” said Stefanie Olbertz, Falken Tyres’ motorsport manager.
