Hyundai Motor America will be fielding seven Hyundai Elantra N TCR cars in the 2025 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge (IMPC) season as the company pursues a sixth-consecutive manufacturers’ championship title.
Hyundai will once again be represented by the multi-championship-winning Bryan Herta Autosport (BHA), Victor Gonzalez Racing, and the newly announced Pegram Racing.
Hyundai’s 2025 campaign features a mix of seasoned drivers and newcomers. Runners-up in last year’s IMPC Drivers’ Championship, Mason Filippi and Mark Wilkins, have collectively earned 19 victories in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge and return as key drivers. Filippi, along with Wilkins, Bryson Morris and 2023 TCR Champion Harry Gottsacker, bring significant IMPC experience to the team. Notably, Wilkins has achieved wins in every season with BHA.
In terms of fresh talent, Hyundai welcomes Maddie Aust, known for her extensive SRO racing experience, and Suellio Almeida, the 2024 Radical North America Champion. Together, this dynamic line-up solidifies the Bryan Herta Autosport for an exciting 2025 season.
Another fresh addition to the grid is the father-daughter duo of Larry and Riley Pegram. The pair will pilot the No. 72 Hyundai Elantra N TCR under the Pegram Racing banner.
Victor Gonzalez Racing will field two Hyundai Elantra N TCRs with Tyler Gonzalez and Eric Powell piloting the No. 99 car and Lance Bergstein and Jon Miller pairing in the No. 18. The 2025 season will mark the team’s third season working with BHA to run the Hyundai Elantra N TCR.
BHA will unveil the 2025 Elantra N TCR at Daytona International Speedway. It features a new livery design that highlights the iconic performance blue and the signature N logo, elements synonymous with Hyundai N. Additionally, the team will showcase an alternate livery with a bold black design with performance blue accents.
