UK-based Lentus Composites, best known for its composite prop-shafts and pressure vessels, and SST Technology, which undertakes precision fabrication work, have consolidated under the name Polar Technology Management Group and will trade as PTMG from facilities on the Horizon Technology Park in Eynsham, Oxfordshire, in the UK.
The companies state that as they have grown and developed over the last eight years, their customers, markets and activities have become aligned and with a common business philosophy, the synergies have increased and strengthened.
Therefore, as the next phase of development, the two companies have reorganized to establish one trading entity. Both the SST and Lentus brands will remain and the group’s location, capability, processes, procedures, IT systems and your contact points, will remain unchanged.
