Ahead of Formula E’s Season 10, Nio 333 Racing has rebranded as the ERT Formula E Team.
Following recent investments in the team, the rebrand marks the conclusion of its long-standing collaboration with car manufacturer Nio. As an independent entity, the company plans to explore the application of technologies developed in Formula E to other markets.
Alex Hui, team principal for the ERT Formula E Team, said, “As the only manufacturer Formula E team not currently affiliated with an OEM, our independent powertrain and software development place us in a unique position. Drawing from our on-track experiences, we’ve already recognized that we can significantly contribute to enhancing electric vehicle performance, not only in terms of powertrains but also in overall vehicle engineering support and solutions.”
