Scuderia Ferrari HP has appointed Loic Serra as its technical director – chassis. Serra was previously with Mercedes, with his move to Maranello announced during the summer. The French engineer will start official duties on October 01, 2024, and will replace the role vacated by Enrico Cardile.
Serra will directly report to Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur, and will be responsible for departments such as chassis project engineering, headed up by Fabio Montecchi; vehicle performance, managed by Marco Adurno; aerodynamics, led by Diego Tondi; track engineering, headed by Matteo Togninalli; and chassis operations, directed by Diego Ioverno.
The role of technical director power unit continues to be assigned to Enrico Gualtieri reporting directly to Vasseur.
