Base Performance Simulators (BPS) will announce a new software partnership at the Professional MotorSport World Expo 2016.
Alongside this new service, the company will now also be able to offer software tools which will grant the same improvement opportunities to both race engineers and car manufacturers.
Company founder Darren Turner, a former Formula 1 test driver and Le Mans winner, built the company around his extensive knowledge of simulator tools which are effective for driver development.
“Since starting the company in 2009, BPS has been working with professional Motorsport organisations across a wide range of championships and events,” said Turner. “With increasing restrictions on testing time before many events and the ever-changing developments in simulation, we felt we could use our knowledge and experience to offer more. We now have the opportunity to offer engineering level solutions to provide simulation services from designer to driver.”
BPS will also be showcasing a range of new steering wheels for use with any simulator, suitable for commercial, professional and home use.
